Say 'that was wrong' mid-conversation and it is written down against the turn that just happened, with that turn's full evidence attached, ready for the next review.

What it does

Report a problem out loud, in the moment
Attaches automatically to the turn you are complaining about
Lists what is still open

Things you can say

“log this issue” “that was wrong” “ye galat hua” “yeh galat hai, issue log kar do” “you turned on the wrong light, log it” “that took too long, log this issue”

Setting it up

Install it.
When something goes wrong, say: 'that was wrong' or 'ye galat hua'.
